Hello and welcome to Mirror Mantras™. I am so excited to welcome you to this amazing tool that will help you change your life! We all know about the importance of affirmations and how using them will help us make important changes in our habits, our thoughts, even our brain chemistry, leading to increased happiness, meaning, and fulfillment in our lives! 

Until now, using them may have been a challenge, because while we may remember one for a while, with so much stimulation in our world, keeping on track may not be so easy. And affixing our favorite affirmations in conspicuous and helpful places around the house, office, and automobile can be sort of a mess. Have you tried writing them on paper, stuffing them in your purse, on the fridge with magnets, sticky notes, and on the bathroom mirror with tape, or stuck in the corner of the mirror? These things don't work so well. And that's why I've created Mirror Mantras™!
